Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Rich Solar Mega 250 Pro Solar panel. It's 24 volts, 250 watts, and a nice silver framed out. So folks, if you're new to solar, you're not sure what all you need, this is really just an add-on solar panel. So you're gonna need batteries, panels, charge controllers, and possibly even an inverter.
And there's lots of information on our website where you can go to and find out things you're gonna need, how to install 'em, how much solar power am I gonna need for my uses. We have an RV solar calculator where you can enter in your power usage and things you're gonna be using and it'll tell you approximately what we think is gonna be the best fit and amount of full panels you're gonna need and just a lot of different things that you maybe not know about. So again, this is gonna be great if you're expanding your system or swapping out a damaged panel. These are compatible with ground mounts. They have pre-drilled holes in the backside, I'll show you in a second, and Z brackets, pole mounts and tilt mounts even they're gonna work with and they have been designed to work in series or parallel so that you can build up your array that fits your needs.
So let's go ahead and spin this around carefully and set it back here on the block. Okay, so I've got it back here on the block very carefully. And as you can see, you have the connectors already pre-installed. You have a positive and a negative and they are labeled here with a little piece of tape that has it written on there. And of course all your information on the back of the panel as well.
Here's one of those screw holes and these as far as mounting it on that silver frame. So again, you have those cables and everything needed to get your install hooked up. And again, this keeps your 24 volt RV van boat batteries even topped off whenever you're camping. And they're gonna even give you consistent output in low light. So these are what's called n type mono crystalling cells and they deliver approximately 15% better performance even on cloudy days.
And this can stand up to hail wind, snow and it's been tested to survive tough conditions year after year after year. So overall, it is 60 and five eighth inches long by 29 and seven eighth inches wide, and it's only about one and one eighth inches thick. So I'll go ahead and stand it up here next to me as well. I'm six foot two, so this kind of gives you a good idea of about how tall these are. So again, I'm six foot two or 72 inches, 74 inches rather. This is 60 and five eighth inches tall. As always, if you have questions or concerns about solar or anything else we hear we carry here at etrailer.com, reach out to us, we're here to help you. That's gonna wrap it up. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
